HAWAII HORSE EXPO 2010 LUNCH ACTIVITIES
Saturday, August 21
1:00 P.M. - ARENA - NA HOKU O WAIMEA VAULTING TEAM -Vaulting combines horsemanship with gymnastics, requiring strength, grace, agility, and excellent balance and timing. Team vaulters range in age from eight to fifteen and are under the direction of Loki Feliciano. You won't want to miss this interesting presentation.
1:30 P.M. - ARENA- ADVANCED DRESSAGE PRESENTATION -Sylvia Ravaglia will perform the Fourth Level One Dressage Test to music. Sylvia will be riding Griffin, a ten year old she trained from scratch. Griffin is owned by Alletta Bell. Sylvia presents an advanced level of classical horsemanship seldom seen on The Big Island.

1:00 P.M. – BACK LAWN – WAIKOLOA’S WILD DONKEYS – ROUND TABLE DISCUSSION – Organized and moderated by Inga Gibson of The Humane Society of the United States. What should be done about them? If this issue is of concern to you, do not miss the opportunity to have your opinion heard.
1:15 P.M. - ARENA - PASO FINO DREMONSTRATION - Presented by Joe and Kelly Vitrino. Paso Finos are both fun to ride and fun to watch with their distinctive gait and spunky personalities. Come to learn more about this very likeable breed.
There will be lots of opportunities to enjoy delicious food at the Expo. Grilled Hamburgers and Veggie Burgers from Village Burger, Bentos and Salads from Earls, Kettle Corn, Fudge, Gourmet Ice Cream, Jungle's Edge Coffee, and more...
A hat. Bring a lock of your horse's hair for the Sunday Blessing. If you have a sensitive bottom, you also might want to bring a pillow, since the bleachers are not padded.
